I have over 20 years of experience in the microfinance sector, where I have dedicated my career to enhancing financial inclusion and empowerment for underserved communities. As the CEO of Rohi Support Program, I lead a dynamic organization that delivers comprehensive initiatives such as microcredit, training, and linkages to marginalized groups, focusing on agriculture, climate-conscious practices, and women's empowerment. My expertise in microfinance stems from my previous roles with NRSP Microfinance Bank, where I served as Regional Head Business and Area Manager Business, managing a vast network of branches, a healthy microcredit portfolio of over 5 billion, and a profitable region contributing over 20% to the net income sheet. I also developed and delivered impactful training programs for individuals and institutions, demystifying complex financial concepts and transforming perspectives. Additionally, I hold an MPhil in Regional History and have pursued learning opportunities from prestigious institutions like the Frankfurt School of Business. My mission is to leverage my expertise and passion to foster positive change within the communities I serve.
