As the CEO of Rohi Support Program, I lead a dynamic organization that delivers comprehensive initiatives such as microcredit, training, and linkages to marginalized groups, focusing on agriculture, climate-conscious practices, and women's empowerment. My expertise in microfinance stems from my previous roles with NRSP Microfinance Bank, where I served as Regional Head Business and Area Manager Business, managing a vast network of branches, a healthy microcredit portfolio of over 5 billion, and a profitable region contributing over 20% to the net income sheet. I also developed and delivered impactful training programs for individuals and institutions, demystifying complex financial concepts and transforming perspectives. Additionally, I hold an MPhil in Regional History and have pursued learning opportunities from prestigious institutions like the Frankfurt School of Business.
