My expertise in microfinance stems from my previous roles with NRSP Microfinance Bank, where I served as Regional Head Business and Area Manager Business, managing a vast network of branches, a healthy microcredit portfolio of over 5 billion, and a profitable region contributing over 20% to the net income sheet.
